From sign-up to your first alert

Every step, in order. Each one has its own link, so if you get stuck you can jump straight back to it.

Do the setup on a computer (the TradingView website or desktop app). Once your alert exists, your phone is enough.

Everything personal to you (your strategies, your TradingView link, your prop-firm plan) lives on your account page.

  1. 1Go to letalgo.com/welcome.
  2. 2Click "Sign in with Whop" and use the same Whop account you started your trial with.
  3. 3You'll land on your account page. Keep this tab open for the next step.

Strategies are added to your TradingView as invite-only scripts, so we need your TradingView username, not your display name. You only do this once.

  1. 1On tradingview.com, click your profile picture (top-right), then click your name at the top of that menu.
  2. 2Your profile opens. The address bar shows tradingview.com/u/your-username/. The part after /u/ is your username.
  3. 3Paste it into the TradingView username box on your account page and save.
Go to the username box

Stuck?

Every strategy lives in TradingView's Invite-only list — same four clicks for all of them.

Indicators (fx) → Invite-only scripts → click your strategy.

  1. 1Click the "Indicators" (fx) icon in the top toolbar.
  2. 2Switch to the "Invite-only" tab.
  3. 3Find your strategy and click it once — it's added straight to your chart.

Don't see it on your chart right away? Refresh the TradingView tab — a newly granted invite-only script only shows up after a refresh.

Stuck?

This decides how precisely the backtest fills your trades within each bar — the high setting needs TradingView Premium or Ultimate.

Properties tab → Bar detalization → Default (4 ticks per bar).

  1. 1Click the strategy's name in the legend, then the gear icon to open Properties.
  2. 2Find "Bar detalization" under "Detalization and execution".
  3. 3If you're not on Premium or Ultimate, set it to "Default (4 ticks per bar)" instead of "High" — otherwise the backtest can't run correctly.

Stuck?

One number makes every backtest and position size match your real account instead of TradingView's default $100,000.

Settings → Properties → Initial capital.

  1. 1Click the "⋯" on the strategy's row, then "Settings…".
  2. 2Switch to the "Properties" tab (next to Inputs).
  3. 3Set "Initial capital" to your real account size in USD, then click Ok.

Stuck?

This is what actually decides how big each trade is. Do this after account size — it's calculated off that number.

Inputs → Position Sizing → Fixed Lots / % Risk Per Trade.

  1. 1Stay on the "Inputs" tab and scroll to "POSITION SIZING".
  2. 2Pick a Sizing Method — Fixed Lots, % of Equity, or % Risk (Stop-Based).
  3. 3Set your value. Lower risk % = smaller, safer positions.

Stuck?

This is what actually fires when the strategy enters or exits a trade — nothing trades live until this is set.

"⋯" → Add alert on… → Create alert.

  1. 1Click the "⋯" on the strategy's row, then "Add alert on…" (the first item).
  2. 2Leave the Condition as-is — "Order fills and alert() function calls" is already selected.
  3. 3Set Expiration to open-ended ("Alerts that don't expire" — on paid TradingView plans), turn on your notification method, then click Create.

Stuck?

Before you pay for a challenge, check your odds. Your account page has a prop-firm plan: pass chance per attempt at your account size, at 1%, 2% and 3% risk per trade.

  1. 1Open the prop-firm plan on your account page.
  2. 2Compare the pass chance at each risk level. Lower risk usually survives the daily loss limit more often.
  3. 3Put the risk you picked into the strategy's Position Sizing (step 6), then recreate your alert (step 7).
