Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work at LetAlgo. It applies to all LetAlgo subscriptions and digital products.

In short: you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing cycle, and because our products are digital and delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

1. Subscriptions & Renewal

LetAlgo offers recurring monthly subscriptions, including Strategy Access ($197/month) and LetAlgo Software ($297/month). Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are billed in advance to your selected payment method until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize this recurring charge and acknowledge the renewal terms described here.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings, or by contacting support@letalgo.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not retroactive to the current billing period.

We recommend canceling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be billed for the next cycle.

3. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. You keep full access to the Services you paid for through that date. Access ends when the cycle expires, and no further charges are made.

4. Refund Policy

Because LetAlgo provides digital products and immediate access to proprietary software, strategies, indicators, and research, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Specifically, we do not provide:

  • Refunds or prorated refunds for digital products after delivery.
  • Refunds for strategy subscriptions.
  • Refunds for software or backtesting subscriptions.
  • Refunds due to trading losses.
  • Refunds due to dissatisfaction with performance or results.
  • Refunds for failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Refunds for failure to use the Services.

This policy applies except where a non-waivable refund right is required under applicable consumer-protection law, which we honor.

5. Billing Error Resolution

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at support@letalgo.com within 30 days of the charge. Please include your account email and the transaction details. We will review the issue promptly and correct any verified billing error.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately delivered digital product, rather than contacting us, is considered a breach of these terms.

Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended or terminated, and access to the Services may be revoked without refund. We reserve the right to contest disputes with supporting documentation.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business, we monitor for fraudulent activity, including unauthorized payments, credential sharing, and refund or chargeback abuse. We may decline transactions, request verification, or suspend accounts where fraud or abuse is suspected.

8. Promotional Pricing & Free Trials

We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or free or discounted trial periods. Unless stated otherwise at sign-up, any trial converts to a paid subscription at the standard rate when it ends, and the renewal and refund terms in this policy apply. Promotional rates apply only as described in the specific offer.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general terms above.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting to the website, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
