By using LetAlgo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All Services provided by LetAlgo are intended solely for educational, research, informational, and software development purposes.

Nothing provided by LetAlgo constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Portfolio management
• Solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument

You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital.

Past performance, hypothetical performance, simulated performance, backtested results, optimization results, Monte Carlo analysis, robustness testing, and strategy metrics are not guarantees of future performance.

No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those displayed on the website or within the Services.

You acknowledge that:

• Most traders lose money.
• Market conditions change.
• Strategies may stop working.
• Historical results may not reflect future performance.
• Software errors, data errors, and execution errors can occur.

You assume full responsibility for any losses incurred through the use of the Services.

Any performance results displayed by LetAlgo may be derived from:

• Historical backtesting
• Walk-forward analysis
• Monte Carlo simulations
• Optimization testing
• Paper trading
• Simulated trading environments

Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Actual trading results may differ substantially.

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize LetAlgo to charge your selected payment method automatically at each renewal period until canceled.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to proprietary software, trading strategies, indicators, educational materials, research, or digital content. Accordingly:

• No refunds will be issued.
• No partial refunds will be issued.
• No prorated refunds will be issued.
• No refunds will be granted due to dissatisfaction, trading losses, inability to use the Services, lack of profitability, or account termination.

By purchasing any LetAlgo product or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, except where a non-waivable refund right is required by applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, LetAlgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

You do not acquire ownership of any software, strategy, indicator, code, or intellectual property.

You may not:

• Resell any LetAlgo product or service.
• Share account access.
• Redistribute strategies or indicators.
• Copy proprietary trading logic.
• Reverse engineer software.
• Decompile source code.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Publish proprietary materials.
• Create competing products using LetAlgo intellectual property.
• Share access credentials with third parties.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content provided by LetAlgo, including but not limited to software, source code, indicators, trading strategies, research, databases, documentation, branding, graphics, and educational materials, is owned exclusively by LetAlgo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Chargebacks
• Intellectual property violations

Termination does not create any obligation for LetAlgo to provide a refund.

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• TradingView
• Brokers
• Exchanges
• Automation platforms
• Market data providers

LetAlgo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or operation of any third-party service.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

LETALGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Services will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETALGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, TRADING LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LETALGO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO LETALGO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetAlgo, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your trading activities
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of applicable laws

LetAlgo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ohio.
