Terms of Service

These Terms apply to every plan sold under the LetAlgo name, including through Whop. At the date above those plans are:

• Funded Account Program, pay in full. Price: $2,499 once. Free trial: None. Complete-the-Work Guarantee only (section on the Program below). Otherwise final.
• Funded Account Program, 3 payments. Price: $999 at enrollment, day 30 and day 60 ($2,997 in total). Free trial: None. Same guarantee. The plan is a commitment to the full Program price.
• Strategy Slots, One Strategy. Price: $259.99 every 3 months. Free trial: None. 30-day refund applies, see the Refund Policy section. Cancel to stop renewals.
• Strategy Slots, All Strategies. Price: $499.99 every 3 months. Free trial: None. 30-day refund applies, see the Refund Policy section. Cancel to stop renewals.
• Strategy Access subscription. Price: Monthly, quarterly or yearly. The price and cycle shown at checkout apply, and your sign-up price stays your price while the subscription stays active. Free trial: 7 days where offered, once per customer, card required. No refund guarantee. Cancel to stop renewals.

Part A of these Terms applies to all of the Services. Part B (the Funded Account Program Terms) also applies if you enroll in the Funded Account Program and controls for the Program where it conflicts with Part A.

The Funded Account Program Terms (“Part B”) are published in full at https://letalgo.com/program/terms. They apply in addition to these general terms if you enroll in the Funded Account Program, including the Complete-the-Work Guarantee, the payment schedule and the enrollment agreement you sign, and they control for the Program where they conflict with these general terms. The version you sign at enrollment is the one on record for your enrollment.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.

By using LetAlgo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Checkout, payment processing, billing history and cancellation controls for LetAlgo plans are provided through Whop (whop.com) and its payment partners. Whop’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Whop in addition to these Terms.

The price, billing cycle and trial length shown at checkout for the plan you select are the terms of that purchase. A confirmation from Whop is your receipt; your Account page at letalgo.com/welcome shows what is currently active.

All Services provided by LetAlgo are intended solely for educational, research, informational, and software development purposes.

Nothing provided by LetAlgo constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Portfolio management
• Solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument

You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital.

Past performance, hypothetical performance, simulated performance, backtested results, optimization results, Monte Carlo analysis, robustness testing, and strategy metrics are not guarantees of future performance.

No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those displayed on the website or within the Services. Results shown are individual and not typical.

You acknowledge that:

• Most traders lose money.
• Market conditions change.
• Strategies may stop working.
• Historical results may not reflect future performance.
• Software errors, data errors, and execution errors can occur.

You assume full responsibility for any losses incurred through the use of the Services.

Any performance results displayed by LetAlgo may be derived from:

• Historical backtesting
• Walk-forward analysis
• Monte Carlo simulations
• Optimization testing
• Paper trading
• Simulated trading environments

Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Actual trading results may differ substantially.

Strategy Access and Strategy Slots are offered on a recurring basis. Strategy Access renews monthly, quarterly or yearly according to the cycle you select. Strategy Slots plans renew every 3 months. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize LetAlgo, and our payment processor on our behalf, to charge your selected payment method automatically at each renewal period until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel future renewals at any time in Billing on Whop, through your account settings, or by opening a support ticket in our Discord. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel or refund a charge that has already been processed.

Strategy Slots plans (One Strategy and All Strategies) have no free trial. You can try them risk free for 30 days, and they include your setup call. A 30-day refund applies under the Refund Policy section of our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Where offered, Strategy Access may start with a 7-day free trial, available one time per customer. It requires a payment method to start and converts automatically to a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, before you have been charged, your access ends immediately and you are not charged. Attempting to obtain more than one free trial period through a different email, account, or payment method is a violation of these Terms.

Full details on renewals, cancellation, duplicate purchases, and refunds are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy (the “Return Policy”), which forms part of these Terms.

LetAlgo sells separate plans: the Funded Account Program (paid in full or in 3 payments), Strategy Slots (One Strategy or All Strategies) and Strategy Access. Each plan is its own purchase with its own price, billing schedule and cancellation. Plans are not combined, merged, upgraded, netted, credited or prorated against one another.

You are responsible for checking what you already have before you buy another plan. Your Billing page on Whop and your Account page (letalgo.com/welcome) show every plan you currently hold. A checkout confirmation screen or email is not the record of what is active.

If you complete more than one purchase, whether it is the same plan twice, two different plans, or both Program payment options, each completed purchase is a separate, valid purchase and is billed on its own schedule. A claim that you signed up for two plans by accident, forgot you already had one, did not realize you were buying another, or that two plans overlap in what they give you does not, by itself, qualify for a refund, a credit or a chargeback.

What you can do: cancel the plan you do not want in Billing on Whop, or by opening a support ticket in our Discord. Cancelling stops that plan’s future charges. It does not refund a charge that has already been made. If the extra plan is a Strategy Access trial still inside its 7 days, cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

• Funded Account Program: one enrollment per person. Paying in full and also starting the 3-payment plan (or the reverse) is two enrollments, not one. The 3-payment plan is a commitment to the full Program price and cannot be cancelled to stop paying.
• Refunds are per plan. A refund, cancellation or dispute on one plan does not cancel or refund any other plan. A refund under the Program’s Complete-the-Work Guarantee covers only what you paid for that Program enrollment, never a Strategy Slots or Strategy Access charge, and there is one refund per member.
• Free trials are available one time per customer. A second sign-up for a trial using a different email, account or payment method is not permitted.

This is separate from a genuine technical or billing error. If our system or payment processor incorrectly creates a duplicate charge for what you intended as a single purchase, for example one checkout charged twice, contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details. We investigate each report and correct verified errors.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final.

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to proprietary software, trading strategies, indicators, educational materials, research, or digital content. Accordingly, we generally do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds, including for dissatisfaction, trading losses, inability to use the Services, lack of profitability, account termination, or a charge resulting from forgetting to cancel or from a duplicate purchase.

This does not apply to genuine technical or billing errors, which we review and may correct as described in our Return Policy, to the Complete-the-Work Guarantee that applies only to the Funded Account Program (see Part B and the Return Policy), or to any refund right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first and allow 14 days to resolve it before contacting your bank or card issuer. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorized, for a service we delivered, or without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms.

If you do, then to the extent the law allows: your access is suspended (on every plan held by that customer), any unpaid balance on a payment plan becomes due, and we will contest the dispute by submitting your acceptance of these Terms, your payment authorization, and our delivery and access records to your bank and the card network. You authorize us to share those records with payment processors, banks and card networks for that purpose, and you agree to reimburse the dispute fees we incur and the reasonable costs of recovering any amount owed.

Dissatisfaction with trading results or third-party outcomes is not a billing error. If a payment has been refunded you may not also dispute it. Nothing here limits a right you have under law or card-network rules that cannot be waived; a charge you genuinely did not make or authorize should be reported to your bank immediately.

Subject to these Terms, LetAlgo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

You do not acquire ownership of any software, strategy, indicator, code, or intellectual property.

You may not:

• Resell any LetAlgo product or service.
• Share account access.
• Redistribute strategies or indicators.
• Copy proprietary trading logic.
• Reverse engineer software.
• Decompile source code.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Publish proprietary materials.
• Create competing products using LetAlgo intellectual property.
• Share access credentials with third parties.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content provided by LetAlgo, including but not limited to software, source code, indicators, trading strategies, research, databases, documentation, branding, graphics, and educational materials, is owned exclusively by LetAlgo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Chargebacks
• Intellectual property violations

Termination does not create any obligation for LetAlgo to provide a refund.

The Services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• Charting and signal platforms
• Brokers and prop firms
• Exchanges
• Automation platforms
• Market data providers
• Whop, Discord and Cal.com

LetAlgo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, rules, or operation of any third-party service. Prop firms and brokers set and change their own rules and may restrict or prohibit automation; checking that your firm allows it is your responsibility.

Our YouTube channel is managed with a tool that uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with our YouTube channel or its content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

How we handle YouTube data, including what we store, how long we keep it, and how to request deletion, is described in the “YouTube API Services” section of our Privacy Policy (https://letalgo.com/privacy). Google’s own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

LETALGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Services will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETALGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, TRADING LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LETALGO’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO LETALGO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetAlgo, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your trading activities
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of applicable laws

We may send notices to the email address on your order or account, and through Whop or Discord. You are responsible for keeping that email address current and for checking it. Notice sent to it is valid notice to you.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy (and, for the Program, Part B and the enrollment agreement) are the whole agreement for the Services. They override anything said in ads, Reels, direct messages or on calls. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Electronic acceptance, including a ticked box, a typed name and a payment, is a valid signature.

LetAlgo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ohio.
