We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Services, and information from the providers that help us operate. Specifically:

• Account registration information — your name, email address, and login credentials, used to create and secure your account.
• Billing and payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and similar technical data that helps us improve the product.
• Cookies and tracking technologies — used for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see “Analytics & Tracking” below).
• Customer support communications — messages, requests, and related details when you contact us.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices. We receive limited information such as subscription status and the last four digits and brand of your card for support and fraud-prevention purposes.

We use Supabase for user authentication and database services. Account information and related records are stored and processed through Supabase’s infrastructure on our behalf. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as page views, clicks, and session behavior.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the Services function.

The Services may connect with third-party platforms you choose to use, including TradingView and broker or exchange platforms. When you connect or interact with these services, your use of them is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of third parties.

LetAlgo does not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (such as those listed above), and only as needed to deliver the Services or comply with the law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@letalgo.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need to do so (for example, billing records).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@letalgo.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. LetAlgo is operated from the United States, and our customers are primarily located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting to the website, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
